I have never been to a holiday inn where the breakfast was not complimentary. No pool, no bathtub in the room, only a shower, no safe in the room. Overall the stay was quiet and it was a place to sleep. $100 deposit for incidentals and the parking comes out of the deposit. Very disappointed in Holiday Inn. I guess because it’s a compact Hotel in downtown but it was definitely a let down.
I had a good experience here, and would come here again. The staff was excellent. David at the front desk was extremely helpful with everything. This hotel is under renovation, and some floors smell mildly like paint /fresh drywall, some floors smell just fine. The room we were initially put in had this odor, they were extremely accommodating and let us switch rooms. The breakfast is not included, it is the same as any other chain hotel breakfast. I would recommend finding somewhere nearby and spending your money there.

The location Avi hotel is very good as it's right near the tram station so you can get around if you do not have a car. Also there is a free shuttle service that will drive you anywhere within a mile and a half of the hotel and that was really great to have and the shuttle drivers were very nice with all kinds of great recommendations. The front of the house staff were also very nice and polite and helpful Period the room itself was newly renovated and was in good shape and overall comfortable Comma if a little bit small but understandable for downtown hotel. My only real bone to pick was with some of the other extras like the fact that you have to pay $30 a day to park in a parking garage that's not even attached to the hotel and doesn't have a ramp for Access and didn't overall feel comfortable or safe. My other bone to pick was the fact there was no pool or any restaurant or anything to do in the hotel on site and the fact that they charge a $5 amenity fee for each night that you stay doesn't make any sense because there are basically no amenities other than a fitness room. Overall though I would stay here again.
Stayed here for one night last weekend. The customer service was great, the room was spacious and the location was perfect. Despite the construction going on it was still a decent stay. The only thing I did not like was that the water pressure from the shower was unusually low compared to other hotels. I am not sure if that was due to the construction, but other than that, I'd stay again.
do not stay here - it’s under construction - the elevator takes 15 minutes every time - you won’t be able to sleep - there are no amenities - there’s nothing here but frustration and wasted money. i chose this hotel for the location, but at $180/night, i could’ve stayed at a dozen much, much nicer hotels within a few blocks. i feel taken advantage of - ive never witnessed a hotel that’s so unprepared for guests - its a disaster zone - they shouldn’t be booking rooms during this construction - anyone who stays here will be getting robbed - they need to shut this place down
