This is my 2nd experience with Bone Dry with the first being a rebuilt chimney. Suffice to say I needed some help with some posts, siding and a birdbox panel and gave Brian a call. The team came out and handled it quick and efficiently. Highly recommend and will use again.
I just bought a home from my parents. The roof has leaked for the last couple of years. When I moved in I called multiple companies. Everyone wanted to replace the entire roof, even though it is only 10 years old, and other than the leak is in pretty good shape. I finally got around to calling Bone Dry. They sent someone out within two days to take a look and diagnose the problem. They found it pretty quickly and got me a bid. Need less to say I am much happier to spend a couple of thousand on a repair, that will last until the entire roof needs to be replaced, than replacing the whole thing. The problem was that after a remodel my parents had done, the builder made a section of the roof flat, but put shingles on just like a regular pitched roof. They came out mid morning, and within 4 hours had the roof repaired. I admit, the match of the shingles is not perfect, but the shingles used originally are not made any longer, and I think they did a great job. They also did a walk over on the rest of the rest of the roof, and found some areas that they repaired (raised nails, etc... for no cost.) I will for definitely call them again when I am ready to replace the whole roof.

EDIT - NOBODY FROM THE COMPANY HAS CONTACTED ME LIKE THE OWNER SAYS IN HIS REPLY!! Bone Dry has asked me for reviews after each of my projects, but I told them I wouldn’t give any review until all 4 of my projects were completed. I only gave a 3-star rating because while the projects were completed satisfactorily, the communication and timeliness of project completion was poor; in addition to the inflation of the cost of the interior project. I had an appointment with Cody Baker, Sales Rep on 5/28/25. The chimney rebuild project @ $2850 was completed on 6/4/25, but they didn’t arrive until 3pm and I thought they were arriving in the morning. The B-vent pipe replacement project @ $1195 was completed on 7/2/25 and again he didn’t arrive until the afternoon. The chimney cap/chase lid replacement project @ $1575 was completed on 9/8/25 which was 3 months after the chimney rebuild. They said they were going to complete the project on Friday 9/5/25, but no called no showed. Then they gave me no advance notice that they were coming on Monday. Furthermore, I had previously requested that they only schedule projects on Wednesdays and Thursdays, but they disregarded my request. They kept contacting me to the point of annoyance to do the interior work before exterior work was completed. The interior work project @ $2900 was completed on 10/9/25. This project included prepping a 1/2 wall that had water damage just water bubbles. No insulation OR drywall was needed. The 1/2 wall had 2 coats of paint which I provided. The ceiling just had 1 coat of paint which they provided. This project was INFLATED due to insurance money being involved. I made the mistake of letting the Sales Rep, Cody Baker know how much the insurance check was for. AFTER THE FACT, I’ve been told told by several people including my insurance Adjuster to NEVER do this because the contractors will inflate their costs. And that’s what happened with my situation! Lesson learned! It doesn’t cost $2900 to prep and paint a 1/2 wall and to paint a ceiling! The size of my living room is only 255 sq ft. The project only took 4hrs; 3:30-5 on October 8th and 9-11:30 on October 9th. So $2900 @ $725/hr and $11.37/sq ft. WOW! SEE PICS FOR SCOPE OF WORK INVOLVED.
We couldn’t be happier with Bone Dry Roofing!! We had great experience from the time we reached out until the time the job was done. We had three other roofing companies come out to give us a quote and after they left they never sent the quote or returned a call. Bone Dry Roofing employees have been great to call, text, and follow up in a timely manner. Everyone was very polite and friendly! We highly recommend them and we WILL be using them in the future!! Thank you for the great job!!
Bone Dry did a wonderful job repairing my chimney. I didn’t give them five stars because I want to make a suggestion. The Repair was made by several different teams and they didn’t communicate as well with one another as would be ideal. Sometimes a team would show up and find The last task had not been done and so they could not continue. The work would have proceeded better if there were a Job bosswho was directing all The teams. As it was, I think five different teams were told to go do their job and some showed up before they could get their work done. Still when it was all done, they did a great job. It was just a little disorganized.
