We visited during the afternoon and were lucky enough to enjoy the devour Indy menu. The soup appetizers were so filling and amazing. I loved the bruschetta but there’s so much and had to save room. My wife had the meatball sliders which were incredible. My lemon ricotta pizza was so unique, the pizza dough and crust were perfect. We finished with the donut like dessert, forgetting the name. The service and atmosphere were top notch, great location for great people watching on Mass Ave.
We had a great experience on our first night out in Indianapolis (we just moved here). The ambience of the place is truly special (see photos). And great service. The two different variety of wine ordered were very tasty (an Italian variety and a Merlot from California), and the entry dish, a ciabatta with olive oil and olives, met and maybe even exceeded expectations. A bit of a let down were the two main dishes. My wife mentioned that an italian restaurant down in Brazil had better pasta, and I tend to agree with her. My Cacio i Pepe was good but I think it would benefit of a more subtle preparation: thinner spaghetti (maybe a vermicelli) and a more liquid (not so dry…) bechamel sauce. The black pepper was good, but could have been used in a thinner grind. Overall, still a very good experience and worthy of a second chance.

This was a great Italian restaurant. Not far from the downtown, and walkable from many hotels. The food was delicious. Our family really liked the gnocchi pesto and the chicken parm. The tiramisu was also very good. The staff was friendly and very attentive. We would definitely come here again.
Overall, very enjoyable, just overall not our preference. Not all the silverware was totally clean, could have been water spots but for the price it was a bit disappointing. My Chicken Parmesan was pretty great, the pasta wasn't quitey flavor preference, though. A bit heavy on the oils. The lasagna my wife got was definitely a different type of flavor than expected, but that could just be their version so not knocking it too much overall. No bread was included with the meal, which again comes back to the expectation for the price point. Our server, Rachel, was great! Very attentive and got us taken care of quickly.
Came here with my family on race weekend for dinner. Server was great. Food was great. I had pizza, chicken piccata was really good. Only criticism was our food seemed to really take a long time. We ordered appetizers and waited a good half hour, maybe more, before entrees arrived. But it was really good. Would definitely come back.
