Outstanding customer service from start to finish. From check in to check out, the experience at this Midas shop was smooth, efficient, and genuinely welcoming. Everyone was friendly and professional, but Sebastian truly stands out. He is honestly one of the most patient people I’ve ever met. He genuinely cares about both his team and his clients, goes above and beyond at every step, and does it all with an incredible attitude. Juggling the phone, the shop, the customers and more... he does it all! Communication was clear, the process was well organized, and nothing ever felt rushed or transactional. I brought my Porsche SUV in for service and felt completely confident in the care it received. This is the kind of place that earns long term loyalty through how they treat people, not just the work they do. I’ll be coming here for everything I need going forward. Highly recommend.
These guys are awesome, quick, and efficient. I was parked in a garage in the loop when I realized I had ran over something and totally deflated my front tire. I called this Midas location and they answered right away, letting me know they could take me as soon as I got there. They took less than an hour for service and they were able to fully repair the tire. On top of it all, they didn’t charge me. If something ever happens with my car when I’m in the area again, this is where I will go 100%!

Midas at Roosevelt near Canal is the best ever!! They have been and continue to be our 'go to guys' for any and all our car needs. Consistently excellent work, even exceeding expectations. Recently I scheduled the car for an oil change, brought it in, asked about how long it would take and was told the time frame. Due to an important appointment, I asked if it could be possibly be done in the minimum time rather than the maximum Not only was work completed by the minimum time, but it was done earlier.... ahead of time!! So I was comfortably on the way to my appointment Thanks Sebastian!!! You and your team are the best, and I really appreciate all of your attention to my request. You are a true ambassador of good will. Midas is very fortunate to have you on staff. I totally recommend Midas to all of our friends and family. They will not be disappointed!! Got a nail in my tire and needed a place that could help after 5 PM. This shop was close to my work, so I stopped by - and I’m so glad I did. The guys were awesome: they quickly found the nail, patched the tire, and had me back on the road in about 15 minutes. Super quick service, genuinely helpful staff, and remarkable efficiency. Highly recommend!
Wheeled into this Midas location during a massive winter snow storm due to a service light on in my car. They were able to fit me in right away and show me what was going on my brakes and rotors. With our skipping a beat they were able to provide a quote very quickly. The best is they were able to order the parts and replace all pads & rotors within 2 hours and get me back on the road. This was a very pleasant experience as I was on a road trip through the US going to Ontario for work. Congrats to the counter service writer Sebastian for the the great service and to the mechanic, who I didn't catch his name, for the excellent work done getting back on the road.
