Improved phone customer service was great…received pricing, time, and continuous communication regarding confirmation of time for service and ETA for Steven. Steven B. was GREAT! Personable, professional, and most of all HONEST..speaks volumes of integrity in my opinion. Though I’m growing tired of the visits (lol), I’m appreciative and this time more so grateful for the Price Tag at this appointment. Thanks Reliable!
The 5 stars is only applicable to the service tech. I would like to understand if I’m paying for a monthly maintenance plan, why do I need to purchase a filter that is grossly over priced? Yearly maintenance should include the filter. I have also request for someone from you office to call me and it’s been two hours and have not heard back from anyone

Reliable Heating and Air did an excellent job with our vent installation. The technicians were punctual, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the process clearly. The work was completed efficiently, and they left the area clean when they were done. Our airflow has noticeably improved, and everything works exactly as promised. I appreciate their professionalism and attention to detail and would definitely recommend Reliable Heating and Air to anyone needing HVAC or vent work.
The installers, Shaw and his partner, did a fine job. Tankless Water Heater works as promised so far. Explained operation and easily answered all my questions. Rock, the Sales Rep, was easy to work with and responsive. Did not rate as a 5 only because equipment has only been operating for 3 days. Not a long enough operating time to rate outstanding yet.
Elijah provided great representation of Reliable. Calling when beginning travel for a prompt, estimated, and accurate arrival. He listened to my description of the problems and reviewed all possible scenarios, sharing the science behind each theory. After performing the service, checking ideas with peers, and running tests l, Elijah advised me of the remainder of the process and set everything up for me for a followup visit to check the ambient temp variation. Couldn’t be happier with his service, demeanor, friendliness and professionalism.
