The Cuyahoga Falls Comfort Inn and suites is AMAZING! Joana, the general manager, and all other staff are so professional, courteous, and accommodating! (Joana is hilarious, btw.) The property is well-kept, and the amenities like the gym and pool (which I didn’t use) are clean and in great condition. Our room, which was a king suite, was extremely clean and comfortable. Being able to see the train go by, and the wildlife frolic and graze from our room was an added plus! I would definitely recommend staying here if you’re in the Akron/Cuyahoga area, and need a place to stay!
From the ease of checking in with Yazan and the hotel layout, we had a wonderful two day stay. The rooms and hotel housekeeping team were impeccably led by their leader Murisa. She's always visible, supportive and ready to assist. Our room was maintained by Halima during our visit. Nicely done! Overall our stay was very impressive with the cleanliness, location, available amenities and overall staff energy and excitement. We will definitely be back!

Little bit of damage found in the room that we had to report as soon as we arrived so we wouldn't be charged. Other than that, really enjoyed our stay. Was a quiet place to sleep, beds seemed brand new, nice pool area, fitness room, coffee on tap!
Had an EXCELLENT stay at this hotel. We got a great rate through AAA booking, and the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful with us. We got in very late (after midnight) on the day of our stay and called ahead to let the staff know. They told us how to get in as they lock the doors at night, and it was easy and smooth sailing for check in. Hotel room was great (good water pressure for shower, nice beds, good space, good view). I would definitely stay here again and/or recommend to a friend. Th y also have amenities including a pool but we were not there long enough to check it out. We visited Cuyahoga Falls national Park the next day, and this hotel is within a 25-30 minute drive of the visitor center, so it was easy to use. My only note for improvement is to add some variety (maybe fruit) to the complementary breakfast (but we were grateful regardless that breakfast was supplied!)
Building is old but most areas are maintained OK and clean. Bathtub not draining and seems like they don't want guests to disposed of their trash because the trash cans have a super stiff hanging door or a very small opening to drop any trash in. No recycling. Breakfast is same every day, nothing great but offers basics. Location has close access to most things to spend money. Gas prices oddly are way low in vicinity (BJS warehouse close). Quite rough looking customers: tattoos and alternate clothing styles. Maybe because hotel is competitively priced and has maybe better reviews than it deserves. Could not do my laundry because washing machine was too dirty.
