Unfortunately we did not have a good experience withe LQR and their subcontracted work. We had to have several repairs made to the roof. One of the repairs, even after asking a supervisor to come out with the crew, we had the wrong shingle color was placed on the roof for the repair. Their office staff is friendly and was upset that we kept having these issues too. But when it came down to the work, I had one crew tell the the previous groups didn't do the work the right way. Although repairs were made, I still have to repaint the trim on my home due to the shorter drip edge. Materials were left it my yard for weeks, they removed an attic fan that had live power going to it and were just going to shingle over it. I am glad I saw our power vent in the dumpster and that I cought it to not have live wires in the attic with our insulation. Thankfully I got on the roof to inspect the issues. They also cut the edges of the shingles poorly and I have wavy edges around the permitier with dull knife cuts. I relied on the positive google reviews and am not happy with my choice over all. Feeling stuck because I have to use their repair teams or it voids the warranty. They claim the poor knife cuts on the edges are just too bad. That its not leaking, so oh well.... I wish they would fix it.
Don't hire this company. If there's an issue they push it off on the subcontractors even though you signed a contract with them. The subcontractors damaged my aluminum porch awning & siding & was told by 3 awning companies it couldn't be fixed. They dont return your phone calls unless you threaten them with the BBB or attorney general. The on ly one I could get in touch with who did return my call was Addison. I informed them in December of the issues. They sent the subcontractors to try to fix the awning which I let them try knowing it wasn't going to work but the branch manager insisted I let them try. It didn't. I still have no resolution to my damaged awning & siding. This was after it was supposedly fixed.

We recently worked with Lifetime Quality Roofing and specifically with Paul Murphy, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Paul was professional, knowledgeable, honest, and incredibly responsive throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain every detail clearly, answered all of our questions without pressure, and made what could have been a stressful roofing project feel smooth and organized. The crew was punctual, respectful of our property, and the workmanship was top-notch. Communication was excellent the entire time, and it was obvious that customer satisfaction truly matters to this company. It’s rare these days to find a contractor that combines professionalism, quality workmanship, and genuine customer care the way Lifetime Quality Roofing does. If you’re looking for a roofing company you can trust, ask for Paul Murphy. He went above and beyond, and we couldn’t be happier with the final result. Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I recently had my roof and gutters replaced, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, this company truly went above and beyond. The entire team was professional, responsive, and clearly committed to doing the job right. A special shoutout to Matt, the contractor, who was very professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. He took the time to explain everything in detail, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt confident throughout the process. He was also the only contractor that mentioned this may be covered by our homeowner's policy, and worked with the claims adjuster to get it taken care of. On the day of installation, Brett, the project manager, sent me pictures of the progress and kept me updated throughout the process. There was a small issue where one of the gutters was initially installed on the wrong side of the house, but I was really impressed with how quickly and professionally it was handled. As soon as it was brought to their attention, they came back the very next day and fixed everything without any hassle. The crew showed up on time, worked efficiently, and left everything clean when they were done. The craftsmanship is excellent, and my new roof looks fantastic! I highly recommend this company to anyone in need of roofing services. If you get the chance to work with Matt, you’ll be in great hands!
I can't say enough about Paul Murphy and Lifetime Quality Roofing. My roof was not in great shape. Older and damaged from wind. Paul met with the Statefarm Insurance inspector twice. He fought my insurance company to get my entire roof replaced. The crew members that did the work were phenomenal. My roof was replaced and cleanup was done in one day. Big thanks to all of you!!!
