From start to finish we were comfortable. The price seemed a little steep, but backed by a 50 year warranty. You really can’t beat it. Michael-Sean Bradshaw is a very high pressured salesman, but he was extremely professional and friendly, and educated us on everything that we needed to know. He gave us a total of three hours of his time and helped us with finding a loan to get a new roof! Everything we were told was gonna happen, happened! It happened very fast and we are extremely happy with the results. The materials were delivered the day before. The crew came at 7:30 AM the next day. And got it done in the same day. The crew that installed the roof was very friendly, and the project manager, Adam was also extremely professional and friendly! The only thing that sucks is they missed a good 35 to 45 nails that I had to comb through with my own magnet on wheels to make sure that none of the kids step on any. If I could do it all over again, I would. Thanks planet roof!
In terms of the roof installation, Ray Watkins was a flexible, resourceful, supportive and efficient foreman for my roof replacement. Two of his star work team are Minor and Jairon. They worked very hard, and fast and provided a high quality end roof product. It’s important for me to share that the company showed itself to be exceptional by meeting my requests and going above and beyond to make sure that the job was completed in an exceptional way. They get an A+ for continuing to work on this project until it was a great example of a professional installation. Ray Watkins was extremely supportive throughout the process and available to me. I would be happy to speak with anyone about my experience and recommend their services. In terms of making my decision to choose Planet Roof, Bryan Ledbetter was an incredibly knowledgeable and helpful inspector who helped me understand the needs related to my roof project. When quality issues were a concern, he explained my need. When I thought I needed to spend money on a portion of the project, he gave an explanation as to why I could save money and not spend money where it wasn’t necessary. I like that they are a local company with local representatives.

We had a new roof and gutters installed on our home. The initial consultation with Ryan went smoothly and was high informative. He explained the process, gave us quotes on both a shingle and metal roofing, and was able to answer any questions or concerns we had. The roofing and gutter team was amazing. They were efficient and made sure that any mess was cleaned up. I would highly recommend Planet Roofing to anyone looking for a new roof or gutters.
The house looks amazing with the gray roof shingles and black gutters. There were some issues: vents not installed on center, drain exhausts not painted, wrong size vents, 4 down spouts not fully extended & water heater exhaust broken . But PlanetRoof was very professional and responsive to fix the issues and/or cover the costs to have broken exhaust fixed.
I would highly recommend Planet Roof. Nolan was wonderful, he took the time to explain the drone video and pictures of our old roof, and yes, we needed a new roof. Nolan explain all the products being used and how they all work to keep moisture away from our new roof. Nolan brought the samples in our home and we could touch and see all products which would be used for the new roof. We gained a-lot of confidence with Nolan, and we knew we had chosen the best roofing company to put on our new roof. He was very informative and answered all our questions regarding the purchase with Planet Roof. We chose the best package for our home for our new roof, to ensure we would have the best coverage for years . Also, to our surprise, our Roof Was Put on in ONE DAY and the workers are great, so clean, and you would not know they put up the roof up that day . This company was amazing.
