Dr. Mack is fantastic. I read on a review that he’s retiring in 2026. That certainly disappoints me, but I wish him the best retirement.

The staff is friendly as well as professional. One nice touch is they have a small food and clothing pantry. It is nice to see that extra step at helping their patients and the surrounding community.

It is deeply disappointing to experience such a lack of urgency and support in obtaining a crucial medical referral, especially considering that all financial obligations to this practice have been completely satisfied. The delays are impacting my wife's ability to get timely care for a critical condition. now we are forced to seek help from another clinic and incur additional costs just to get a referral to the specialist my wife needs. My experience was so negative that the lowest star rating feels insufficient.
The process of obtaining a referral for a serious health issue has been incredibly frustrating. Despite our efforts to find an available specialist and having paid all outstanding balances, this clinic has repeatedly avoided making the referral, leaving us feeling helpless and deeply concerned. It is unacceptable that after repeated attempts and having paid all our bills, we are now facing additional medical expenses at another clinic simply to obtain the referral that should have been provided by our primary doctor.
