Gaspar's Design Build Remodel

They helped us develop a scope of work we were comfortable with. We ended up doing a kitchen remodel, new smart panel to accommodate an EV charger and an induction range, and a list of miscellaneous tasks that were too technical for us to do ourselves. Excellent communication and work quality from start to finish. We went with a general contractor because friends of ours tried doing that themselves with their remodel and got in over their heads. The subs that work for Gaspar’s are skilled and aren’t looking to make an extra buck by skimping on work. But also Gaspar’s holds them to a high standard, and subs that skimp aren’t called back. Gaspar’s staff did a lot of the work themselves, and they really take pride in their work. The whole project took 12 weeks. There were a few glitches, and Gaspar’s made it right with little push back. They are reasonable and fair, and value their reputation. I’m not getting anything in consideration for this review, I just want people to know that there is a way to do a remodel that is mostly hassle free. The biggest hassle was moving out of the kitchen for 12 weeks. We set up a pretty good camp kitchen in the living room, but that might not be workable for others. If you have a full life and want to do home improvements too, this is a good option.

From the first interview to our completion celebration,Gaspar’s was outstanding in service and quality. Their process, teamwork, communication, and openness to my husband’s and my feedback made our kitchen “refresh” an adventure rather than a trial. The team with whom we worked , Georgia, Chanelle, Huck, Mason, Sam, and Julia, was stellar. I looked forward to talking with Julia everyday. I have a feeling any person at Gaspar’s would be excellent. The subs brought in were professional and thorough. Our kitchen “refresh “ was completed early! My family and I are so happy with the results and would not hesitate to hire Gaspar’s for other projects. I highly recommend this company.
