The salesman and roof inspector that came to look at our roof and give us an estimate were amazing! They spent over 2 hours with us, showing us everything they would use and explained every aspect of the installation. They answered any and every question we had. That to us meant alot that they took the time to explain everything. Once the installation started, the project manager was definitely on his game. Was very informative as to the times they would arrive and start to the actual finish of the project. Everyone we dealt with was top notch!
Van Martin company is awesome. I would highly recommend them. They are very professional, knowledgeable and very friendly. The eaves of our house were beginning to look very problematic. I researched roofing companies on Better Business Bureau and this company was highly recommended with A+ rating from them and 4.9 star rating on google The Sales manager responded immediately to our needs. Investigated the roof and eaves thoroughly. Noted that we had a lot of deteriorated and rotted suffit and the fascia. The gutters connected to the rotted fascia and rotted suffit was potential for eaves collapsing following a heavy snow. Jared explained recommendations and options to how to fix the problem. The crew were awesome and hardworking. The final product is beautiful and exceeded my expectations. My husband and I would highly recommend them. A plus work. Elveria & George

Van Martin sub contracted out my gutter replacement job to absolute hacks. They trashed my property, installed gutters with dings & scratches, AND didn’t hook up my gutters to the existing drain pipes. My foundation flooded and it cost +10k in repairs to my home which they refused to help with. Every part of my experience with van Martin was miserable, start to finish! My homeowners insurance didn’t cover it saying it was Van Martins job to pay for it. When I asked them to take accountability for the damage done to my home and the resulting construction they laughed in my face. I thought I had been vigilant by hiring them for a smaller project before having them do new gutters on the house. Do not trust this company on your property for ANYTHING.
From the first meeting with Van Martin staff, every aspect of the operation was very professional, including the first evaluation of the current roof, the presentation of the results of that inspection, the review of the alternative types of shingles and hardware available, the advantages and lifetime expectations of each option, and the ability to start the selected installation option within a week. The installation crew operated like a well oiled machine with every staff member of the crew an easily recognizable experienced member of the crew. The entire procedure required only two days to complete, including the removal of the old shingles, the complete installation of a new wood roof base, the installation of the new shingles, required vents and hardware, and the cleanup and removal of all old materials. At the completion of the project, the property looked as if no one had ever been there to accomplish the installation. Truly a pleasant experience of an excellent installation.
Company worked with me even though insurance company was dragging their feet. I appreciated everyone at Van Martin Roofing! Everyone was courteous, professional & compassionate. I would recommend this company without hesitation. My roof was installed efficiently & the people doing the work in the 90+ degree heat never slacked off. Great follow up by prject manager & the sales person was extremely nice.
