Very happy with our new roof. Everything was top notch with this company. Hard working guys did a great job. Customer service was fantastic. Our sales person Matt made the process very easy for us. Also, I felt he was very honest with what he found with our roof. I would recommend them to anyone =)
I was very happy with the work done by Van Martin. They completed the project in one day. From tearing off the old rood and putting on the new roof to clean up was all done very professionally. I was impressed with Matt he explained the process prior to the installation and was there to help after the job was done. I'm considering Van Martin for replacing the siding on my home.
We had an active leak with water coming into our basement directly below the chimney, so we called Van Martin Roofing. Jeremy and Shawn arrived promptly at 8:00 AM as promised and did a very thorough inspection of our roof and the flashing around the chimney. Everything there was in good condition, but they didn’t stop until they found the real issue—a vent on the chimney that was missing its cover. They even performed a water test to confirm their findings, and it showed the water was coming in through a furnace vent. Jeremy and Shawn truly went above and beyond. They were professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough. I’m very grateful for their prompt service and for pinpointing the problem so quickly. Van Martin Roofing installed our roof in the summer of 2020, and even 5½ years later they responded urgently when we noticed a leak. Their workmanship is solid, and their customer service is just as strong. I highly recommend them!

Our experience with Van Martin Roofing and South Dayton Exterior Solutions was excellent . As homeowners we required complete roof replacement as well as gutter replacement /guard installation with soffit repair . Ronnie Young provided professional sales service and was a pleasure to work with. His knowledge and expertise made our decision to proceed easy and he was available to answer questions and was very thorough . The roofing and gutter install teams offered wonderful workmanship and took good care of our property and landscaping . The project was completed in a timely manner that exceeded our expectations. The project managers including Hunter and James were super : great communication and very efficient . Outstanding job and we will be recommending Van Martin Roofing to friends, family and neighbors ! We were looking for a long-term, low-maintenance solution, and James W. from Van Martin provided us with clear, detailed information about their Stone Coated Metal shingle option. He was knowledgeable, patient, and really helped us feel confident in the choice we were making. Once we signed the contract, the turnaround was impressively fast. The crew arrived within days, completed the full tear-off in one day, and wrapped up the installation on the second. I personally inspected the work both in the attic and via drone, it was nothing short of excellent. Clean lines, precise detail, and quality craftsmanship throughout. There were a couple of small follow-up items that came up after installation, but Van Martin was quick to respond and resolve them. We're now enjoying not only a beautiful new roof but also the peace of mind that comes with knowing it's built to last.
