It took me a while to get around to writing this as I don’t like posting online. However, I felt compelled to leave a 5-star review for Intown Craftsmen for the stellar job they did renovating my basement studio bath and shower! (see before and after) They were able to fit me in quickly as I needed a fast turn around in preparation for a guest staying over. As a first time homeowner, I was nervous about making bad decor choices. But Andrea, the project manager, put my mind at ease and walked me through the process, and helped me make really good decisions for appropriate colors and for matching up tile patterns and paint. Beyond that, Oscar and his crew were super responsive and professional. There was one small mixup with installing tile patterns and an issue with the shower drain. Oscar and his crew addressed them quickly and professionally. I can’t recommend Intown Craftsmen highly enough and I plan on contracting with them for my future renovation projects. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Intown Craftsmen did a great job giving our garage and pre-fab storage shed a much needed refresh---repairing roofs, replacing siding, adding interior finishes, new doors, painting...very communicative and manage projects well. Recommend for significant improvements having a design professional provide drawings and permitting services, but Intown can certainly price and implement your project well.

Intown Craftsman has done several smaller projects for me. Roof, dormer redesigns, trim, paint etc… they were very reliable & efficient. They communicate well. They also helped me work with Sherwin to pick out the right paint colors. I kept messing it up.
The Intown Craftsmen team was very professional, easy to work with, and responsive to anything we asked. The crew was also very neat and orderly - there were no messes at the end of the day (which is always a bonus when you are living in a reno space) and they completed the work a few days earlier than we expected. Would highly recommend for a bathroom/laundry room reno or update!
We're very pleased with the quality of Intown Craftsmen's work. We'd hired them for some exterior carpentry repairs and repainting, including our porch and carport. Their communication was excellent throughout. The estimate process was easy; the process allowed for questions, clarifications, and revisions. During the work, the project manager made frequent site visits. The project manager responded quickly to any questions or concerns. Communication about scheduling was good. The estimated, agreed-upon budget was adhered to. The crew was extremely hard-working. They were also polite and as unobtrusive as the situation allowed for. The crew left the site neat at the end of each day. We'd definitely hire Intown Craftsmen again. L
