The highlight of my stay was Christopher and Mason from valet parking. There was a snafu with the cc on file and the boss was unreachable on a plane. They quickly got everything settled and stored my items until the boss could land and things fixed. The room was lovely. Beautiful and comfortable with two actual rooms. Very spacious. The cleaning staff was lack luster. Which is really odd at this Hilton. They're usually fantastic. All little things like forgetting to take out the trash a couple nights, not checking the soap dispensers. When asked to fill them, they just left them on the counter instead of actually switching them. Just really weird as this is my absolute favorite hotel for Gencon.
1. Booked a room online at a specific price. Checked in, got charged triple. Also paid for a suite that was supposed to have a microwave and fridge. There was no microwave and the coffee pot was missing half of its parts so was useless to us. Have to ride down 8 floors and back up every time we needed a microwave. 2. We were part of a volleyball tournament which has a parking price of $25 per day for ALL volleyball teams. My card was charged $56 per day 3. Ordered 3 waters at the front desk in person. Waters were charged to my room but waters never showed up. 4. Went to their restaurant one evening, there was more staff working than patrons eating. 45 minutes after our order, I inquired and our food had not even been started yet. 5. All of these concerns were raised to managers throughout stay. Nothing was done to make anything right. I’m a diamond member and I’ve been loyal to Hilton for a lot of years but this is absolutely the worst I’ve experienced. Do not stay at Hilton in Indianapolis.

These rooms are huge! It’s not the luxurious rooms of other places, but the staff are a dream to work with and the rooms are kept clean and very nice. I would stay here again in an instant! The front desk team is incredible, the security team are there but not obviously. Just enough to know it’s a safe great place to stay. Thank you Jason, Tina, Katelyn, and Jenn and to the many others I am forgetting
Honestly fantastic, valet is very high priced so if you want to park across the street yourself highly recommended. It hosted the GenCon and was a very welcoming environment, room service always came through in a hurry, easy downstairs restaurants. But rooms do not have microwaves so either eat it fast or just wait for the 1 microwave all the way by front desk.
I am a team member arrived here for a cheerleading competition was not satisfied with the fact that my hilton honors app quoted. me $238, and I knew there will be an incidental fee, but not for $75. For 2 rooms, the app quoted me $238 for 2 rooms, and it broke it down, saying that a $100 for both rooms plus $50 per night. Was not happy. The fact that it was $298 for both rooms, so I paid $498 for the whole entire stay and then another disappointing. Thing is, we drove 6 hours just for the pool to be closed. The manager we dealt with. I think her name was lisa. or Stacey, she was not very nice. She gave us a little bit of attitude. The night manager here especially when my sister was trying to check-in inconvenience that we didn't have pool access Because that's what our trip was based off of was swimming in the pool after the cheerleading competition. As a team member is disappointing that you get quoted one price. And then when you arrive, it's $200 more than what you expected. My room was a little bit dirty, found trash behind our refrigerator the room wasn't dusted at all. As a team member, I am aware that people are sensitive to dust. Both my sister and I are not satisfied with our stay. In my room, there's also there was Capri Sun and some garbage behind the TV stand.
