Wow where do I even start. I contacted Kom Construction to assist with a creative project in Detroit. The project required the ability to think outside of the box and be non-conventional. After consulting with other contractors who didn’t understand the creativity required on my project, I finally had one meeting with Michael & Sarah and they instantly understood the vision and what I needed. The crew was on time every single day, and stayed longer if necessary. They were clean, organized and very professional throughout the entire process. Michael & Sarah’s attention to detail is impeccable. There’s no way I could’ve done this project without Kom Construction. I give them 1000 out of 10 stars. I could not have been happier with the timeline in which the project was completed, the professionalism, attention to detail and overall competence! Don’t hesitate for a second to work with them! I live in a very small home about 900 sf and my adult son became disabled and living in that tiny house was not working and I had to make changes. Moving into a new home as a single income was not an option so I did an overhaul of my home. I knocked down two walls and removed a room and made my bathroom a barrier free shower with a separate soaking tub. Widened my son’s bedroom door to make it easier to get in and out of with the electric wheelchair. Converted the left over space to a walk in closet off the master and added a sliding door to the back of the house. I have never ever been more happy with a home remodel ever. The whole process from quote to final walk through went so amazingly well. I had wanted things in a way that made cleaning so easy and after a couple months in the home I’m here to say that it’s all a simple wipe and go. Absolutely everything I asked for. And I’m not easy. There were changes and add ons and redo’s and Micheal and his workers adjusted as needed and even gave feedback to make things better. I will always refer Micheal and his team to any and everyone needing services. The workers became like family. It never felt like a stranger in my home. I could not have asked for a better experience. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
