Heard about Charlotte Ace Roofing from my real estate agent, owner Vasily was responsive and provided a fair quote for top quality materials. His team did a great job installing the roof, delivered a quality product, and left the job site very clean. It was a very large job, and came out well. Highly recommend.
We have a large house that had an old weathered roof that needed replacement so we looked for a reputable company. I reached out to a few for estimates. Coincidentally, at the same time we had a close neighbor about to start their roof replacement using one of my picks, Charlotte Ace Roofing. So we used their experience to assure us they were the right company for us. Our neighbors were extremely pleased with the results. Owner Vasily was great to deal with, very honest and accommodating, and worked hard to be sure all our needs and material choices and preferences were addressed. On the day of our job, he had a crew of 14 and seeing it was like watching a finely oiled machine. Amazing effort and teamwork, it really was a pleasure to witness. It was completed in one day, and a follow up clean up visit the next day to ensure all nails and debris were safely disposed of. Vasily and Charlotte Ace Roofing is a great company to do business with, and their high customer rating has been well earned. We are extremely happy with our new roof.

After researching and obtaining a few quotes, I reached out to Vasily at Charlotte Ace Roofing for a final quote and scheduled a free inspection the very next day. From our first interaction, the communication with Vasily was exceptional. He arrived promptly at the agreed-upon time and was extremely personable, transparent, and straightforward about the repair process. By the end of the inspection, I had complete confidence in moving forward with Vasily and Charlotte Ace Roofing. We could have scheduled the repair the same week, but due to the recent storms, we waited until the ice and snow had melted. On the day of the repair, Vasily arrived to instruct his crew, ensuring everything was handled with great attention to detail. They replaced my old plastic dryer vent with a high-quality metal vent that will last for years to come. In addition to changing the vent, they thoroughly inspected the entire roof, caulked any exposed nails, and replaced several damaged ridge shingles. Charlotte Ace roofing completed my new roof installation today, and 3 skylights were installed with this project. Vasily and his team arrived at 6:45 am, and started to work right away. They were completely done by 3:30 pm, except the cleanup. My roof looks great and more importantly my wife is very happy. I’m not easily impressed, just watching how flawless the team worked together was just fantastic. Vasily delivered on everything that we agreed to. I would recommend his company to anyone. Just as a note I vetted 2 other companies and his company met all of my criteria. Outstanding job Vasily and team.
