The technicians that finally showed up saved the rating. Their offsite call center is among the worst. They quoted me a tech would arrive in 2 hours at 9am on Thursday. I called again at 1pm and they couldn’t tell me anything other than they were behind due to high volume of calls which I understood because of the rain storm. The problem arose when I called again at 7pm and she told me the tech assigned to me was off at 6pm and no one was coming. I had to call for that info. That should have been a phone call to me. Robert finally arrived at noon the following day and quickly addressed the problem. Quoted me a price that was pretty high based on reviews I’ve read from other companies. I was fine with paying because he was there and had the parts ready and we’re expected to get rain again soon. Robert and his partner did a great and timely job.
Extremely positive experience with Roto Rooter clearing my main drain. I always have tree roots that grow every two years in my line and they are so easy to work with each time I need help. The two team members today were extremely professional and lovely to work with. I highly recommend giving them a call! They make the whole experience so easy.

Noah did a great job, couldn't ask for more. He was very courteous and seemed to know what he was doing. But between you and me $400 bucks for less than 5 minutes work is a bit steep don't yah think?
Fred was fantastic, really friendly, walked me through what was going on and gave full transparency as to what he needed to do. Call center was friendly but the message I received stating when the technician would be arriving was way off. I was quoted he would be here within 30-45 minutes, and an hour and 20 minutes later he arrived and poor guy said he had an hour and a half drive from his previous job. Pricing was also a bit higher than other places I contacted-$509 for a basement drain clean-out. Overall happy with the experience, pricing and time quoted could be tweaked.
Same day service was easy to schedule. Team arrived early. Tony very skilled, explained things along the way, did most of the work was very pleasant. Trainee Kyle observed, helped, asked questions and was very pleasant. Exceptional team, neat, and cleaned up after themselves. Smiled for a picture. Mothers qould be proud of their fine sons.
