We had a fantastic stay at the Pickle Factory! The place was very cozy, extremely well-stocked, and located right in the heart of Covington within easy walking distance of so many great restaurants and shops. Generally speaking, the space was very clean, though the blinds and furniture could use a good dusting. What really stood out to us, however, was the exceptional customer service. We had a couple of minor hiccups during our stay, but the team's response was top-notch: We had trouble getting the Roku remote to pair with the TV. After trying a few troubleshooting steps together, they suggested using our phones as a remote via the app, which worked like a charm and solved the problem right away. The upstairs guests were being quite noisy into the late evening with heavy walking and running. I reached out to management, and they handled it quickly, politely, and effectively. The person on the support email was always polite, helpful, and genuinely cared about making sure our concerns were addressed. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we really had a great time celebrating in Covington. We highly recommend the Pickle Factory and will definitely stay here again!
Cute and comfortable. Loved having a door between the bedroom and living room; my 7 year old could watch TV in the morning without waking me up. Located near a very cool mural alley with interactive parts and walking distance to plenty of restaurants. There was a big lightening storm, a flood watch, and a tornado alert during my 1 night stay, and I felt lucky to be high up in a durable brick building.

Stayed in rooms 301/302 at the Pickle Factory Rooms in Covington, KY, and wow—this place seriously impressed us. The space was spotless and stylish, with a perfect mix of historic charm and modern comfort. The rooms were spacious, thoughtfully laid out, and felt cozy without sacrificing that cool, loft-style vibe. The beds were super comfortable, everything was clean and well-stocked, and the attention to detail really showed. We loved how quiet it was at night, yet you’re still so close to great food, drinks, and everything Covington and Cincinnati have to offer. Honestly, it felt like one of those places you don’t want to gatekeep. If you’re staying in the area and want something unique, comfortable, and well cared for, the Pickle Factory Rooms—especially 301/302—are a fantastic choice. Would absolutely stay here again. 🙌
We loved our stay at the Pickle Factory Hotel. It was quite charming and the beds were very comfortable. The area was safe and close to many amenities. Everything we needed was at our fingertips and instructions were laid out clearly. I hope to stay again soon.
One of my favorite hotels I've ever been to. Simple check in/out instructions. No front desk. All is done through text and a code locked front door. Note: amazing art in the ally next to the door. Vibrant rooms with lots of space. 5 minutes from the Newport Aquarium. 5 minutes from Great American Ballpark. And right in the midst of Covington, so you can walk to local restaurants, businesses, and snacks.
