Plumbing & Drain Professionals

I want to start off by saying that my initial issue was resolved, however it is how the job was left that condoned this review. David M came out to remedy a leak in my fridge line after my floors were re-done, as I just purchased my first home (we haven't moved in yet). He was able to fix the leak, however I came home to three large holes in my finished basement ceiling. No notes, no communication, nothing. David must have also taken the ceiling pieces with him, which is odd. They were nowhere to be found! I found out the job was completed through a "Rate your Experience" email from Plumbing & Drain Professionals. That seemed rather silly, as how would anybody rate a job positively with this result? Sure, the leak was fixed, but now I'm left with an issue of equal weight. I like to live my life by the golden rule and treating others how I'd like to be treated. I don't think David/any plumber at P&D Professionals would want to come home to 3 holes in their finished basement ceiling with zero communication from the contractor. Some coordination to get that fixed would have been plenty. I don't expect plumbers to be ceiling repair experts. I understand he had to get into the ceiling to do his job. However, leaving a job this way/with no coordination is simply unacceptable. I am sure P&D Professionals provide positive experiences, generally speaking. I am not sure how this happened to me, but I will not be using them again in the future, nor will recommend to any friends/family. Professionals don't leave jobs that way, simply put. I wouldn't wish an experience like this on my worst enemy.
