Your company has a great “staff” from the sales representative to installers as well as clean-up crew. So far all is operating as should and very quiet. The staff was very personable and informative, as my wife and I had many questions they answered even though the job kept them busy. Very pleased with the results and my wife who is concerned about having a mess initially was happy to see the consideration they took to keep her/our home clean after such a big job. I will get in touch with our sales representative for just one thing and that was an additional air filter I requested and not seen (not particularly important as we are happy with the whole project).
Matthew and the crew with him were awesome. From the minute they showed up they hit the ground running. There dedication to the job was outstanding. Very professional and courteous. When the job was finish I didn’t even know they had been here. There was no mess, trash or any trace of anything that they were here. I can’t say enough good things about them.

AC unit was not pushing cold air. Dylan came out and assessed the situation quickly. He communicated before arriving; during entire visit and even accommodating questions to help us understand our unit better. Overall great customer service experience and display of industry knowledge that lead to a quick resolution.
McAfee was well represented by Scott W., Senior HVAC Technician and Danny Pennington, Field Training Manager. My husband and I were thoroughly pleased with the service they provided and the options for repair or replacement they explained to us. We appreciated their honest assessment of our HVAC situation and did not feel pressured at all to make a decision for an issue we did not fully understand. We have already scheduled a follow up appointment in September. The knowledge, integrity, and skill these men demonstrated made us feel like we were in good hands.
Came out to repair the AC unit. Their technician was extremely professional, had the parts on hand to complete the repair, and offered recommendations, but did not try to oversell me. Extremely happy that they were able to come out and get our AC back on quickly during this hear wave that’s going through the area.
