Michael McCoy with Carolina Roof Consultants was fantastic to work with. We thought we had a roof leak and, with a newborn at home, we were very worried. He responded quickly, was very communicative, and thoroughly inspected everything. He honestly determined that our roof wasn't the issue and helped identify that the problem was related to our AC refrigerant system. He also gave us great recommendations on how to get it fixed. It's refreshing to find someone who is honest, professional, and puts the customer first. I highly recommend Carolina Roof Consultants!
I don't normally do reviews but when a company does an excellent job. I am willing to take the time to share my experience. I have construction knowledge so I am a little more critical than the average customer. First they were prompt in responding. I called on a Monday to set up a time to quote and Jeremy came out the next day to take a look and then sent me a quote the second day and promptly responded to a few questions I had about materials. I had contacted many companies to quote with several never contacting me back or not showing up to scheduled appointments. After reviewing my quotes their pricing was solid and very competitive. They were very prompt in scheduling the start of doing the job and showed up when they said they would. My roof was a bit more challenging than the typical roof and as always with home projects we ran into some issues but Jeremy responded immediately while they job was in progress and we were able to resolve them quickly. Carolina Roof Consultants did a great job on my roof and even helped me fix a few issues that had nothing to do with putting shingles on. I am always looking for companies with great service to do business with and recommend giving Carolina Roof Consultants the opportunity if your looking for a quality job.

Can’t say enough about Carolina Roof Consultants, they came through again! Huge shout out and “Thank You” to Mike McCoy - quick to respond, quote and complete the job. I had leaks coming through in multiple rooms in my home. Mike came out to talk to me, he fully informed me of what was happening and why, he also in detail described what he recommended for resolution. I had shingles blow off my roof during a recent storm. I was alittle worried that it would be to small of a job for some to want to do but that wasn't the case with Carolina Roof Consultants. Mike McCoy responded quickly and came by to take a look. He didn't hesitate at all and took care of the problem. I was so happy that the size of the job didn't matter and fixing the small damaged area was the main concern. It's nice when companies care about all types of jobs and issues.
