Excellent experience! First thing this morning I had a dead battery and other maintenance issues with my BMW, and I don’t have a mechanic in the area. I called Dynamic Auto Tune and spoke with Scott, who was very knowledgeable and understanding to my situation. He got me in and out the same day! I am extremely satisfied and recommend their services to anyone in the Charlotte area.
First off, Scott and Stewart are amazing!! Very kind and helpful, and offered to give me a loaner vehicle for a day since the part for my car was delayed. The technicians are very thorough! I am very impressed!! Reasonable prices for high quality parts, service, and knowledgeable technicians! I will definitely be using Dynamic Auto Tune for all my future auto needs and highly recommend this shop to anyone with a european car!!!

Moved to charlotte recently and was trying to find a good third party shop for my BMW. Needed spark plugs and an oil change and decided on dynamic auto tune. From the second I walked in I knew I was in good hands. Scott was great and the work was completed about a month ago at this point and my car has been great. Think no further if you’re in the same situation
Took in my E46 because it was running very choppy and could not figure out what it was. Scott, Stewart and his team were able to find an internal leak and adjust my sensor to fix it all. It's running better than it ever has. I will be back.
Dynamic Auto Tune was fantastic. I needed some repairs and they took care of everything quickly and professionally. The service was smooth, communication was clear, and my car runs great now. Everyone there was super nice and friendly, too. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend them to everyone! Update: I recently had a new issue with my car, and Dynamic Auto Tune diagnosed and resolved it quickly. They did an excellent job. Everyone there is professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. They kept me updated throughout the entire repair process, which I really appreciated. I will continue bringing my car to them for service and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy shop. They’re awesome.
