The hotel rooms were good. The carpet was wet on the side of the bed when we checked in. Didn’t complain because wasn’t bothering us. The towels were less for a family of four. The hotel allowed us an extended hour since our flight was in the evening. However, I was told that since we booked through third party like hotels.com or expedia, the hours cannot be extended beyond an hour.
Caught them on a bad day, the maid staff put stained gross sheets on our bed. I get these things happen, but I wouldn't stay there again. The guy at the front desk offered to give us a new room nearby, but that one smelled funky and was smaller. We said we'd put the sheets on ourselves, but the ones they gave us were the wrong size. The manager then tried to help us, and came to our room personally, but those were also stained... Everyone has bad days, and in the end, a third person came with the right sized sheets that weren't stained (at this point i stopped trying to look). Needless to say... I'm not going to be staying there again. But breakfast was pretty good so if you care about that then go for it.

I could cry happy tears. I flew in pretty early with my 2 small babies - we were all exhausted. After calling for the shuttle, I was given incredible instruction to find the pickup spot. Their airport-to-hotel shuttle picked us up promptly & offered us ice cold water. Then they even let us check in to our room early; which I did not expect but greatly appreciated. I know that's not typical procedure, so it all felt so above & beyond for us. We were able to relax & recover in a clean, tidy & friendly environment. I am eternally grateful for this luxury stay 🤍
- Airport shuttle was accommodating and efficient. We dropped off our rental the night before our flight and the shuttle brought us back to the hotel, which was great. They did overbook the shuttle the morning of our flight, so our youngest child had to sit on a lap, which wasn't great (or legal?) but worked out okay. - Breakfast has a wide variety of options (including gluten free), and the food is freshly made. Because of the time of our flight, we weren't able to fully eat a meal, but it appeared to be on par with other Holiday Inn Express breakfasts. - The room was clean. The regular queen beds were comfortable. We also used the pull out couch for two kids. That mattress needed to be replaced (all pull out couch mattresses seem to need to be replaced). An adult would certainly have back pain trying to sleep on it. Fortunately, the kids are small enough not to notice. - The staff was friendly and welcoming. Overall we enjoyed our stay.
I strongly DO NOT recommend staying here! I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this hotel. During my stay for my daughter's golf tournament, I was charged a smoking fee $561.35 even though neither I nor anyone in my family smokes. I repeatedly asked for a valid explanation and evidence supporting the charge, but all I got was a report from an air quality detector the day after I went down to the front desk to ask what the charge was for. The initial time the alert happened that was told to me by the person at the front desk differs than what was shown on the report that was provided to me the following day. I find it odd after I had mentioned that I had proof we were not in our room at that time! But bottom line is this should have not occurred since we are not smokers!!! We were wrongfully charged and they will not reverse! As a cancer patient who recently fought for my life, being accused of smoking is especially upsetting and offensive. Instead of feeling like a valued guest, I felt dismissed and treated unfairly throughout the process. What made the situation even worse was the way my concerns were handled by hotel management and front desk staff. Rather than listening and attempting to resolve the issue professionally, I felt that my concerns were ignored and met with threats to involve law enforcement. Guests deserve to be treated with respect, especially when they are raising legitimate questions about charges placed on their account. The staffs are rude and unprofessional. Also lack of upper management on property to assist with matters like this! The $15-per-day parking charge also felt excessive, adding to an already frustrating experience. They also checked me out a day earlier when I prepaid my 3 night stay in full! Our room card didn’t work and we had to walk around from the back to the lobby after already walking a 18 hole golf course in brutal heat for 5 hours! I stayed at this hotel expecting professionalism, courtesy, and fair treatment. Instead, I left feeling wrongly charged, disrespected, and disappointed. I hope corporate leadership takes a serious look at how guest complaints are handled at this location because experiences like this damage trust and reflect poorly on the brand as a whole. I normally like staying at IHG but this has been very stressful for someone who just finished aggressive chemo treatment. I’ve been having financial hardship because of this and health issues from the stress. IHG will not intervene and help me reverse the charge and the general manager Danielle Sonn will not even get on the phone to discuss the matter professionally and just emailed saying she stand her ground with the air quality detector report that is 100% not accurate! I DO NOT recommend anyone staying here unless you want to be treated unfairly and wrongfully charged.
