I have had Plum Health as my primary care doctors since 2019! Their care was exceptional, exactly what we all try so hard to find; they offer text and email communication 7 days a week and respond quickly; they can fit you in for a visit within 24 hours in case of emergencies; they never rush the appointments, making me feel heard and the brainstorming of what could really be wrong is so detailed…the list goes on! You’re not a stat in a monthly quota goal, you’re not an insurance billing opportunity, you’re a person who has great medical care. The team here, and shout out to my personal doc, Dr. Raquel O, do such a good job they’ll make it impossible for you to find another satisfactory medical team if you ever move away! I could go on and on, but bottom line, Plum Health was really good to me and I AAM so grateful for the care I received from them. Many thanks!!
Been seeing providers at plum on and off for years. You can't find service like this from other doctor's offices now a days, outside of a naturopath ($$$) or a nurse practitioner. It feels like doctors under corporate umbrellas are not allowed to give clear answers and you are limited to care with in that corporate system. At plum health you have a relationship with your doctor. It feels clear. It feels safe.

Dr. Sharon Im was kind, professional, and extremely helpful. At the end of the day we determined that concierge health was more of what I was looking for, but she took the time to patiently sit down separately with both my husband and I to talk through our needs. Would highly recommend her bedside manner for a direct primary healthcare doctor!
I have been a patient at Plum for a little under one year now. Since the moment I was greeted at the door by Chris, I felt very welcomed and comfortable. Changing doctors can sometimes be scary because you hope they have your best interest at heart, but sometimes that doesn't always end up being true. That is not the case with Plum Health. Dr. Raquel is hands down the best Dr. I've ever had (and I've had a lot). She addressed every issue and concern with meticulous solutions. Dr. Paul was also very attentive any time Dr. Raquel was away. What I love most about Plum Health is how you can text or call them at all hours if the matter is urgent or if you have random health questions. They respond in a timely manner, it's awesome. I would recommend Plum Health to every person who does not have access to health insurance. It's the next best thing. OH! Getting your prescriptions at wholesale price saved me a lot of money which was a huge plus!
Last year I decided not to sign up for health insurance because the plans available to me as an independent contractor cost around $330 a month with a $9,500 deductible. I went with a Plum Health. I pay a $75 a month membership, which includes unlimited office visits. My intake appointment was a full hour long. This year I've had multiple office visits and three out-of-office procedures. My membership fees & testing for the year added up to around $1,900. The procedures were outsourced to local offices that accept self-pay, so those added up to just under $1,300. A full year of the best healthcare I've ever had and nary a prior-auth in sight. I cannot recommend Plum Health enough.
