I just had Zack and Christian install new fixturesin my daughter’s bathroom, kitchen, and my bathroom and they did such an incredible job yet again! Thanks so much for being so prompt and for your excellent work!
Brandon and Chris were excellent. The cost for repairs are very reasonable. I paid $159 for cleaning a clogged sink drain. But what has me super excited about these plumbers is they know Navien tankless water heaters better than another plumbing company. That other company gave me a quote of $1200+ for an external pump. Brandon determined that my Navien unit has a recirculating pump already inside the unit, and it will cost me only $369 to install a simple part at the sink furthest from the water heater. I also had them add what is called a NaviLink unit which allows me to control the water heater and recirculation pump from my iPhone via Wi-Fi (so from anywhere on the planet). Now, for the first time, I can save energy and money by easily shutting off the water heater entirely while away for a few days or more. I recommend Grateful Plumber very highly. I will add that I've tried so many local plumbers over 40 years and never found one that I can trust and who are knowledgable. I feel like after 40 years I have finally found a plumber who I will definitely use from here on out.

We had an exhaust fan that wasn't vented in our bathroom. Another contractor hooked it up to the sewer vent and our bathroom smelled horrible as a result. That never should have happened. Grateful Plumber came, assessed the situation and fixed it all within a short amount of time. The plumbers were prompt, knowledgeable and very respectful of me and my home. I highly recommend!
After taking time off from work the call to ask to reschedule. Why make appointments if you cant keep them? So they "put me back on the schedule". Finally show up after the 12-5 window. Takes longer to do the quote then it does to do the job. Then charges $313 for the literall 10 minutes of work. They over promise and overprice and under deliver. How did they under deliver? By leaving water that they allowed to run in the cupboard for me to clean up. The dude did apologize and say sorry but wasnt so sorry that he cleaned it up. Bottum line, they got the job done but that is it. Dude was very pleasant but the customer service people were rude.
Great guys, I didn't catch everyone's name but Brandon was main contact and was pleasant and honest. I shopped around to bigger name company's and was quoted a lot more than I feel was right. Grateful plumber came in told me what was necessary to fix and didn't indulge my ignorance for plumbing just to upsell me. They didn't lowball the competition in the quote, they charged an honest price for honest work. I didn't understand the name of the company until the work was done and they'd left. Youll be grateful you called Grateful Plumbers.
