Chris was exceptional! Truly one of the best service experiences we’ve had. He quickly diagnosed multiple issues (from outdoor faucets to our shower) and explained everything clearly and patiently so we fully understood our options. His pricing was fair and transparent, and his professionalism stood out from start to finish. This is the level of service you always hope for but rarely receive. Hired Whoosier Plumber to come and install a new tankless water system, 2 new toilets and a garbage disposal. On time and communicated when they were on their way. Chris was my technician and I was so happy with the service I received. Not only was his customer service spot on but his knowledge of his craft and patience as I asked multiple questions was outstanding. Had a couple of issues with a prior company in the setting of my toilets after having new floor put in the bathroom and so glad Chris was able educate me on the issue and resolve. The old Tankless was not installed correctly and Chris walked me through why. The owner Kyle was so easy to work with to get in and get this service completed. I am now a permanent customer. Thank you Chris/Kyle. First time a vendor has left my house after completing work that I didn't have anxiety. Great job!

Kyle and Chris were awesome!! Installed a new softener last week and a new water heater this week!! Both of the old systems were 14 years old! They both were quick and efficient and the space looks cleaner than when they arrived! Give Whoosier Plumbing a call for all your plumbing needs!!!
Kyle did an excellent job communicating and getting Chris out to our house to make a repair quickly. Chris was professional, polite and very knowledgeable upon his visit to our home. Highly recommend this company!
