We stayed here for a week. The room was clean and spacious. We had no issues with housekeeping or the room itself. The location of the hotel is convenient. The wifi was terribly slow and only worked sometimes. The pool was closed during more than half of our stay. They didn't tell us the pool was closed. But, when we went to the pool, the water looked greenish and murky and we asked at the front desk and they said it was closed. They should've probably put a sign up and locked the pool area. Gross. After a few days, the pool opened. The water was cold throughout the rest of our stay. There were never any towels at the pool and the pool bathroom was out of service the entire visit. The worst part of our stay was the breakfast. The breakfast area is large and never crowded. But, the woman running the breakfast just stood around loudly gossiping throughout breakfast and didn't fill or refill most of the items. It was actually ridiculous. When the waffle batter was out, instead of refilling the container, she'd just start handing people paper cups with some waffle batter in them. There was a multi-tiered fruit container that always only had 1-3 pieces of fruit in it, the yogurt was consistently empty, the oatmeal was usually empty, the waffle mix was usually empty, the coffee creamers were mostly empty, the pastry cabinet made use of 1/2 of one of 3 glass shelves. They NEVER had anything in there but some stale spongecake-like bread, which they usually had tightly covered in saran wrap! It was downright ridiculous. It was like this every day, no matter if you came to breakfast early, in the middle, or late. I asked a manager about it and he just said, "Would you like some fruit?" It was weird. Just fill up the containers! It's not that difficult. It's one thing to have a problem. It's another thing to have a problem and after alerting management about it, they do absolutely nothing. I would definitely NOT recommend anyone stay here because of this.

Bed and pillows were better than other recent hotel offerings. Blanket was too warm for the 72 degree a/c setting Afternoon fire alarm, send us outside for 45 minutes. There was a bit of smoke from someone’s cooking fire. The ladder truck decided to test their ladder and looking on a few rooms. The firechief said he had a few more rooms to check and then he could let us back inside. Many hotel guest took an extraordinarily long time to go outside. Annoying early morning smokers outside our window woke us by 5 every day. Window could not close because opening was not square - letting in hot humid air and noise. Kitchen - pots, pans, plates, bowls, glasses and spatula in cupboards were all filthy with old food. Yuck! I tried to clean the pan before making dinner, but was unsuccessful with the wimpy scrub brush in the kitchen so I brought the pan to the manager. He said he would bring me a new pan in five minutes, but 45 minutes later he brought me a cleaner pan and claimed he went to the wrong room. I had tried to call the main desk using O on the room phone, but it said that call could not be completed. Cooking spoon handle was loose and melted - unusable. Air conditioner was quite loud. Refrigerator / freezer doors swung the wrong way from the kitchen counters. Microwave door didn’t open fully. Bruised arm retrieving warmed food. Don’t stay here if you can go elsewhere.
We came up for a long Memorial weekend. The room was very comfortable and quiet. We only had one issue with the shower rod and the front desk took care of it immediately. The pool water was a great temperature. The pool room however was frigid but not that big of a deal. The price is very reasonable. We would stay here again.
Stayed two nights. Overall it was a good stay, but for a couple things. After checking in, we got to our room and there was already someone in the room. Thankfully we didn't open the door and we were given a different room. Secondly, breakfast was good enough, but the area is poorly laid out and makes it difficult to maneuver. It was a good value and I would consider staying again.
I’m a single mom, I work two jobs and I don’t get a lot of time to relax or enjoy trips with my son. This past week was his birthday and we drove over two hours away to see Monster Jam in Cleveland. We always stay in ihg hotels so we can use our points, I picked this location for no particular reason other than it was available, near by, was accepting points and had breakfast with an indoor pool. The only thing my son wanted was monster jam and to go swimming. With that be said, the team at this location blew me away. They were all so kind, and respectful. Helped us with literally everything, the house keeping ladies were so sweet and efficient. I was able to email back and forth with Zach, part of the hospitality team prior to my stay to help set my stay up. I had made a mistake in my booking that Zach ended up catching, calling and fixing for me before I even arrived at the hotel. It was a silly mistake but would have truly ruined our weekend. So thankful, and truly the best hotel weekend experience I’ve ever had. The hotel was very nice, very clean. The pool was perfect and the over all service was phenomenal. It was a stay we didn’t want to leave from.
