Everything at the Hilton Garden was awesome. We were traveling and stopped for a rest. Had dinner and Breakfast. It's always good when you can have a good meal and drinks right at the hotel you are staying at after a days drive. We stayed in the mobility room as my auntie has a walker and the room was gigantic. We had enough space for our luggage and her medical equipment. The room had a refrigerator for the medicines and a microwave. Great JOB HILTON.
The Hilton Garden Inn was a very beautiful hotel: from the chandeliers at the entrance to the chandeliers and furniture throughout the first floor. Each staff person was very attentive and kind. An unexpected emergency happened during my visit. As a result, I needed an extra day, and they were very accommodating. Gabby was very kind to me during my visit. There were other events happening in the hotel, but there was adequate space for everyone. The room provided very sound sleep because the hotel was built well. It is also in a perfect location to access the highway. It is a great hotel for business and leisure travel.

Found bugs including suspected bed bugs in room. Also experienced seasonal allergy type symptoms overnight. Shared findings with staff. All they offered was to remove 50 dollars in parking/late checkout fees on an over $200 bill for one night stay. Do not fall for pictures showing a modern hotel. This an old uncleanly building that they threw fresh paint and a few new pieces of furniture in. DO NOT STAY HERE!
Recently stayed at this Hilton location for a business trip. My room smelled of cigarette smoke. Unfortunately the hotel was booked so I was unable to move into another room. A Hilton employee did try to assist getting rid of the smell by running an air purifier while I stepped away from the room for a couple hours but it didn’t do much. The smell of cigarette smoke in my room was everywhere; the bathroom towels and bed covers smelled like cigarette smoke. This really aggravated my asthma. The Hilton employee mentioned possibly getting a discounted rate for this inconvenience but when checking out the next day the rate stayed the same.
I love the rooms they were really clean and nice the pool was pretty good staff seemed friendly but the location isn't that hot if you try making a left hand turn onto scatterfield be careful! And I'm not a big fan of that town anyways.
