Sons car got a new radiator over a year ago and a faulty part (no fault of the shop) failed. The crew worked with us to get a new radiator installed and got our sons car up and running. I was told "We will never sell you a service that you don't need." 1 day after a snow storm they were able to get me in on their busy schedule, and handled within 48 hours. My vehicle was overheating & heat not working. Water pump & thermostat fixed immediately. I have no complaints regarding my experience. Give them a shot.
