We had a deeply frustrating and concerning experience with this Nashville mechanic shop. My girlfriend dropped her vehicle off on December 12, 2025 to repair an electrical issue causing her brake light to stay on and repeatedly drain the battery. She had already paid for a diagnostic at the dealership and provided that diagnosis to the shop, explaining clearly that she only wanted the electrical wiring repaired. Despite this, the shop insisted on running its own diagnostics. Weeks passed with little progress or communication. After multiple follow-ups, my girlfriend eventually asked that her vehicle simply be returned to the parking lot so she could retrieve it and take it elsewhere. The shop refused unless she paid for services that had not been completed, leaving her with no real option but to wait. After more than six weeks, the shop sent a letter claiming the vehicle was fixed and threatened storage fees if it was not picked up by January 30. When she arrived on January 28, 2026, paid over $600, and went to retrieve the vehicle, she discovered a mechanic actively jump-starting it, with parts removed, panels unfinished, and clear signs that the vehicle had not actually been repaired. The vehicle was returned in worse condition than when it was dropped off, despite full payment. This experience reflects extremely poor communication, questionable billing practices, and a failure to perform agreed-upon services. Based on what we experienced, I strongly caution others to document everything carefully and consider alternative shops.

DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!! THEY PURPOSELY DAMAGED!!! WILL BE REPORTING TO BBB!!!! I brought a vehicle in for a pre purchase exam for a second opinion on a vehicle that had cosmetic damage that I wanted to purchase from a collision repair shop to make sure there was no internal damage. I explained this to the front desk women who were very nice and pleasant. HOWEVER!!!! They came back with $1500 in repairs that needed to the timing cover and gasket. There was also a charge of $650 to replace a CV axle shaft. Over $2100 total. When we took the car back to the owner, he was shocked. He had been working on the car for months and knew it inside and out. He agreed to replace the axle shaft for us at no charge. When he took the car apart, the axle shaft with only 70,000 miles on it was in good to mint condition with absolutely no wear. HOWEVER THERE WAS FRESH KNIFE SLICE to the rubber. The car had only been driven approximately 5 miles back and forth from the owners location to the shop. The axle area was incredibly clean and in good shape which indicated this had just happened. There was no oil or road dirt build up(which would be very indicative to the timing of the damage) to indicate this had been a long term issue. Also, under further inspection with the timing cover gasket…..the oil residue did not match the gravity flow of this being an issue……there was just “messy oil” by the cap cover to make it look a little suspicious. They were specifically trying to target two women seeking their professional service. I will try to upload the photos of the knife slice. Currently the car owner has them. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!!!
These guys are very knowledgeable and they take very good care of my car every time! I highly recommend if you need your fixed correctly go check this place out you won’t regret it! 🫶🏼
What a team!! From the initial contact through the whole process this company addressed the issues, confirmed the initial issues with the car that we had diagnosed by the dealership, and made the repairs at almost 50% of the dealers price. Hats off to the ladies on the team addressing the initial calls. They really know their business. Thanks again Jack
Katie was fantastic and got me in next day to replace a brake booster assembly and master cylinder on my Prius. This is an expensive job and also a job for a mechanic that knows hybrids. I was in and out in about 4 hours which is fast. Their quote was less than 1/2 of what another shop specializing in hybrids quoted me. I was happy with how everything turned out!
