We recently had our hot water heater replaced and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Dan came by to give us a quote—he was friendly, professional, and the quote was very reasonable. Scheduling was easy and straightforward. Aaron and his crew handled the installation, which wasn’t simple due to the tight space. Despite the challenge, they got the job done quickly and with great quality. The entire team was professional, approachable, and clearly knew what they were doing. Highly recommend!
It's February. Humidistat was leaking on basement floor. Don't know from how long. Randy from Eastside diagnosed right away, replaced clogged filter, cleaned all the "gunk" from the bracket that holds it in place. Moved on the pump the clears excess water from the furnace. Opened and cleaned pump throughly clearing the lift for proper on/off operation. Service call reasonably priced, results excellent. Thank you Randy/Eastside Heating and Cooling.

Very happy with today's service, regular maintenance check of my furnace. Kevin Cameron was knowledgeable, courteous, and answered all my questions. Service charge was very reasonable. Scheduling the visit was easy, and I didn't have long to wait either. Highly recommend!
Kevin has visited and helped us a few times this year…. Each time his professional attitude and extremely polite demeanor has really put us at ease. His amazing wide range of knowledge and sharing while troubleshooting helped us handle some minor issues on our own. He is not a typical contractor, as he is never overbearing. We barely know he is there most times! The scheduling team was so polite and flexible for me. I can’t believe how simple it was to work with them. Thanks so much!! 5 stars all around!
Great experience, had Kevin come out and fix my gas boiler. He was extremely knowledgeable and walked me through everything as this is my first time owning a house with one. Eased a lot of my worries about it and helped me understand the equipment a lot more!
