Very satisfied with the roof replacement. They performed a thorough inspection and explained each defect and recommended a solution. No pressure just a very good price. The crew was on time and did great job making sure everything was installed professionally.

Storm damage caused a tree branch to be lodged into our roof. Insurance company recommended a patch job to repair the hole in the roof. However, Jarred did a fantastic job disputing the case with the insurance adjustor proving the right way to do the job per Ohio installation code is to replace the whole back slope of the roof. Jarred's knowledge of roofing installation in the state of Ohio got the whole back slope of my roof replaced by the insurance company. Thank you Empire for your expertise!
After having my roof unsuccessfully repaired by another company and 8 months of them trying to fix it I finally started looking for someone else. I got multiple quotes and Empire was only slightly more than the lowest. The difference however was how thorough their inspection was and the fact it was double checked by management. After several months now and countless severe storms everything has remained completely dry. The repair itself was completed within a few days and I had the entire roof replaced. They were very up front and stated I could even wait on the back section of the roof if I wanted as it likely had a few more years left in it. The bill was then exactly as quoted. I could not be happier with the job Empire did. In fact, I had them do another complete roof repair on another building we own. I definitely recommend Empire and will be using them on any other buildings I may purchase in the future. The job was done correctly the first time and exactly as quoted, no surprises.
