The roof installation was performed quickly and, so far, seems to be of good quality. They worked with my insurance and made the experience rather easy. My complaint involves their clean-up following the installation. They left dozens of nails and other pieces of metal in my lawn and on our driveway. See the attached photo of the metal debris that I gathered on one evening. We continue to find nails and other pieces of metal. I contacted the company requesting that they return to clean up the metal, but they never replied. I'm concerned my children, neighbor children, or animals may be injured on all the debris. I have since required a tire repair that I suspect may be related due to the nails found in the driveway. Much of their service was appreciated and professional, but I'm concerned about allowing my children outside without shoes in the summer or use the water toys in the lawn for fear of them being injured. The complete lack of response from the company is very unprofessional.

He took the stress out of the entire process by communicating and coordinating directly with my insurance adjuster to ensure my claim covered the maximum amount (minus my deductible) for a full roof replacement. I had my entire roof replaced and a low slope roof replaced as well. Unfortunately, the decking material needed to be covered because it was not plywood but boards and the spacing was too far apart. This was explained to me before the work began. I also had many questions regarding ventilation, and those questions were answered as well. Other roofing companies could not answer some of those questions. I felt Empire was extremely professional from the organizing, the proposals and changes as well as delivery and installation of materials. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a true, professional roofing contractor!
Joe was excellent to work with, informative without being pushy and was very thorough in explanations. The work crew did a great job with my new roof, siding and gutters. Would definitely recommend.
Adam was very helpful, answered any questions we had promptly. The crew and project manager informed us of when project materials would arrive, and the time the crew would begin the install. We are very happy with the completed install. Thank you all very much.
