Frogtown Roofing is top notch! I have used them in the past on a property and they provided nothing but top service and quality. I currently am in meetings with them to use them on another property. We just got our new roof installed on July 17th. So far the process of contacting the company and getting our issues solved has been phenomenal. From the beginning Eric listened to our concerns and made sure we had a detailed plan regarding how to proceed. Jen in the office was also great with scheduling and working around my night shift schedule. Jeremy our project manager was honest and transparent during the whole process. And for the workers, they did a WONDERFUL job on our roof. It looks great and we feel much better knowing we have a better roof over our heads in our first home. Frogtown took care of us from the start. Being able to get us a quote quickly using their technology on the website to get an estimate. They were quick to respond and help when we needed it. The crew was friendly and did a great job. The office ladies were kind and helpful! Overall we had a great experience and will plan to use them in the future.
The people at Frogtown were very helpful. They were able to give me a reliable contractor to fix water damage to the house. They also gave me a contact to replace the heater's flue because the old chimney was not up to code. Communication was on point during the whole process among the contractors and me. I believe I got a very fair price for the work they did. Everything was accomplished with quality in a timely manner.
The entire Frogtown team was amazing. I was having problems with insurance covering storm damage and met Eric when he came to inspect the roof. He went above and beyond and dealt with our insurance company directly for us. He was able to get insurance to cover an entire roof replacement. Everything he explained to me was thorough and was in contact with me regarding the next step and would check in. I was never left wondering. The process from start to finish was excellent and would recommend them!
