I had a tankless unit installed two years ago. A part in the unit became defective, and my hot water stopped working. After evaluation, Stevenson replaced my unit the next day. My service guy, Stan, was very professional and provided me with a great deal of knowledge about the unit. He was very efficient and did a great job. Thanks Stan for getting my family taken care of in a timely manner.
Michael Mullins, the technician, called and gave me a 50-minute warning for an HVAC maintenance visit. He showed up on time, got right to work and when finished, explained everything he had done thoroughly. Also asked me if there was anything else he could do. He was courteous throughout the visit. I couldn't have asked for anything more.
We called three almost a month ago that our air conditioner is not working. They stated nothing was wrong at first. The second employee came later and stated that our blower is completely broken. Stephenson said they ordered the part, but almost a month later we still have no air conditioning on these hot days of June. We have to contact them to get updates, which they don't seem to have. The manager has refused to call us after asking for 10 days. Lennox told us that Stephenson is giving us misinformation, as the parts should not take more than 14 days, they should have a tracking status, and they are not waiting for the part overseas (like Stevenson stated). All in all, they don't communicate when there is a problem and have not fixed our air conditioner. I would not recommend this company due to their service.

Michael Mullins arrived on time to maintain our A/C. He replaced a part and checked things over. He even checked out the cold air return at our request due to issues we were having. He was very polite. We did notice a piece of wire that was left and a little dirt left in the utility closet after he departed.
Some of the worst service I have had for AC warranty repair. Communication from the service department is non existent. Nothing would be done if I was not calling non stop. I paid extra for warranty service and I still don't have a working AC. It's been more than a week without it in this heat . Four repair technician has been at my home and now have to wait an additional 2 days for parts to be ordered. They couldn't even overnight it. The worsted part is my daughter has cancer and is suffering from heat exhaustion.
