This dental office is sensational!! The front desk, assistants, hygienists and Dr. Justine were all very welcoming and friendly. The doctor was very detailed in explaining my treatment and reviewing my x-rays with me. I was able to be seen timely from scheduling to the visit itself. They offer cosmetic services as well including Botox here! I look forward to my next visit and being a long time patient here :)

I've been coming to this office for years, and it's disappointing to see how much the focus seems to have shifted from patient care to collecting money. During my most recent visit, after I had already been numbed and was in the chair ready for treatment, I was asked to pay, which felt uncomfortable and unprofessional. After being a loyal patient for so long, I expected to be treated with more respect and consideration. Another disappointing change has been the management. When policies and procedures change, they should be clearly explained to patients rather than assuming everyone has already been informed. In the midst of asking about the changes, instead of receiving an explanation, I was told that my questions made the staff feel uncomfortable and that they didn't want to perform the service—even after I had already been numbed for the procedure. That was shocking and disheartening to hear as a long-time patient. It's unfortunate that the financial side of the experience now seems to take priority over patient care. I hope the office reconsiders how it communicates policy changes and treats loyal patients so others don't have a similar experience. My recommendation would be to find another service provider in the area that actually cares about patient care and does a better job with explaining changes prior to service.
