Elite replaced our 30 year old roof on our 120 year old home. We have a lot of roof and a lot of mature landscaping and they did a great job at a reasonable price. We bought this house last year knowing a new roof was in our future as the then roof had been installed in the mid 90s and parts of the roof were ending up in the yard during winter wind storms. We got several quotes and selected Elite because they proactively brought up issues during the quote, the quote was reasonable, and they had a lot of positive reviews. The original project start date was about 7 weeks after we paid the 20% deposit, but they ended up starting a week earlier than that. The excellent work started with dumpster driver who showed up before the roofing crew and had to negotiate some power lines to get the dumpster in the right spot. More importantly when Alcides’ roofing crew showed up they did excellent work too. They originally estimated 5ish days, but it ended up taking 7.5 because there were more layers of old roof in certain places than had been expected. As a consequence the final price did increase from the original quote, but the increase was modest (
