We had a great experience with LC Heating and Air. Leo and the entire team were professional, responsive and really took the time to understand our somewhat unusual situation and find the right system for us. They came out as many times as needed, found ways to save us money and went the extra mile whenever anything arose. The new system is now installed and working beautifully and very quietly. We highly recommend them.
Leo took great care of us. He was available next day for our service call and scheduling the follow up repair was super quick. We rent so he helped get an estimate with photos that got our landlord to approve the work. The actual day of the repair he was in and out in under 2 hours. If we every have any HVAC issues with our other units he'll be the first call.

Leo saved us $21,000. We had a leaking air conditioner and were told by another company that we needed to fully replace our HVAC system. Feeling skeptical that the other company told us "don't even bother trying to replace the air filter, it's too late to even try," we canceled our contract with the other company and called Leo. He answered on his personal time and encouraged us to not even pay him for an in-person consultation until we tried replacing the air filter ourselves. We did. It cost $7 for the air filter and completely fixed our freezing-over air conditioner. Leo wouldn't even accept payment for his phone call and help. This is a truly honest company with integrity. We would absolutely trust them with any future HVAC needs. Thank you Leo!
After a few repairs that ultimately failed, I decided to have a new unit installed at the recommendation of Leo. He went above and beyond to get my AC back as fast as possible, including sourcing a unit, getting permits, and scheduling the job inside of a week. Him and his team were able to remove our old unit and install a new central AC unit, including new ductwork, in less than 12 hours. The quote was extremely competitive to begin with, and beyond that, he assisted with finding rebate programs to further reduce the all in cost. The workmanship is clean, the customer service is top-notch, and Leo and his entire team are a pleasure to work with. If I could rate them 6 stars I would!
