Very pleasant experience from start to finish. Everything was done in a steady and organized manner, which made things easier for me. I didn’t encounter any confusion or unexpected problems along the way. The whole interaction felt smooth and professional. I’d definitely be comfortable going through the same process again.
We received a rental duplex from a relative and had no history of employment, no permit records and no knowledge that any electrical changes which could be seen in the basement would have been considered and approved by anyone who was licensed. The electrician did a full inspection of both units, spotted all the double-tapped breakers on four circuits in unit two and produced a written report of findings to us detailing the priority of the various items, the estimated electricity cost to fix each item and we were provided with a correct estimated cost for bringing the property up to code before we were able to have our first tenants.

We smelled a burning smell near an outlet and we were concerned about safety. The electrician arrived on site promptly, diagnosed the issue and solved it in a timely fashion to keep anyone from getting hurt.
Also, the repair service for my non-functional receptacle was just as impressive. The electrician was prompt, completed the job in a timely manner, and took the time to ensure I knew how to make things continue running smoothly. The price was fair, and the professionalism was exceptional. This company has most assuredly earned my recommendation for all electrical repair services.
