Premier plumbing did an excellent job. My husband and I have always wanted a water softener and with the small area we had we couldn’t get one installed until Steve’s Team put a tankless water heater in and also installed the water softener. We will be calling premier plumbing for any of our plumbing needs.!
My pipes bursted. Brent was punctual, communicative, kind, and efficient. Our water is restored! The whole ordeal with pipes bursting was very stressful, so I'm grateful to have been referred to Premier Plumbing. I'm very happy with his work on my home and will be calling for any future repairs!
Premier Plumbing provided excellent service installing our new Bradford White water heater. We received a thorough and reasonable quote for the new purchase, installation and disposal of the old water heater. Premier Plumbing was very adaptive to our schedule for installation. Plumber Brent and JR arrived on time and were very well prepared. They adapted the water pipes and gas vent efficiently for the change of water heater overall size. They were conscientious of the homeowner’s surroundings. They went out of their way to ensure the venting pipes met the desires of the homeowners. They worked closely with and were extremely accommodating to the homeowner’s suggestions. They were friendly, easy to work with and left the premises clean with the water heater in perfect operating condition. We couldn’t be more pleased. We highly recommend Premier Plumbing for plumbing needs.

Steve and Jason replaced an old water heater. It was rusting out the bottom. They were very quick to respond. Kept the area neat and clean.
Steve and his crew tackled an all-day job for us, redoing our utility room essentially from scratch with new appliances, installing a new sink, as well as some other odds and ends around our home. The crew was prompt and friendly and happy to walk me through the work they were doing, answering any questions I had. After the job was done, Steve stayed in communication with me on follow-up items including some rebates and credits their installed units qualified for, as well as some referrals for an electrical item that came up. All of which I greatly appreciated. Additionally, an issue came up the day after installation and Steve responded within minutes of me reaching out. They had Chad back out to address the problem that same morning. They certainly take pride in their work and own it. I'd recommend them on that last point alone.
