We have found our new plumbers!! We had a backed up drain problem and called several plumbing companies but no one could come out same day. We found HJacks online and saw good reviews so we gave them a call. Guess what? A live person answered the phone (not AI like the others) and they could come out same day. Day 1 we had Dylan and Steve who did a great job of diagnosing a tricky problem. We ended up needing a small area outside dug up to repair a pipe. Day 2 Ken and a different Steve came out first thing in the morning. They worked outside in the rain and had our issue resolved in less than 4 hours. What a relief! Professional. Efficient. Friendly. Local company. Affordable. FANTASTIC!

Ken was awesome! I am a first time home buyer and very new to all the *surprises* of home ownership. He was very thorough in figuring out what was wrong plumbing wise and worked hard to find a solution!! Made sure I understood what he was doing and why things work the way they do. I had an issue on Memorial Day. Steve B came out from HJ Jack’s. He fixed my kitchen sink problem My anxiety totally went down. He was so kind and professional. I would definitely recommend HJJack’s for any issues you might have. I was thoroughly impressed. Yes I paid more for being a holiday. But it was as well worth it. It was my fault for the issue and I am forever grateful that Steve B was able to come out. I would totally recommend.
Had our main line drain replaced. Started with the snaking the drain. They found our main line drain was collapsing. Not only did they do a great job with the line they offered to come clean out the drains if we needed them while we waited. All main drain work was finished in one day without issue. Passed city inspection without any issue. Great costumer service, nice employees, and really easy to work with.
