Dr. Sanchez did an amazing job With identifying a problem, ordering bloodwork and literally saving me, without her taking an extra step I wouldn't have known that there was a blood clot in the lungs as well as fluid around the heart. I thank her 1000 times for her listening to symptoms and applying her skills. I am a new patient and lucky to have my found such an amazing caring professional doctor. I recommend her to anyone that’s seeking a primary doctor.
Despite the Mercy Health website saying she’s accepting new patients, despite a front desk team member saying she accepts referrals from any Mercy primary care provider, and despite spending well over an hour communicating with Mercy’s main line—Dr. Victoria Stephens refuses to accept ANY patients who aren’t already seeing a PCP within her practice. Even though I was misinformed, made it a point to see and get a referral from a PCP at a different Mercy Health location, and was willing to be flexible and schedule as far out as she needed, Dr. Stephens refused to make an exception. Gatekeeping from a mental health care provider who has been in practice only three years and has no reviews. Probably for the best; a psychiatrist who cares so little about patient care is a red flag.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Sweeney for almost 40 years. He has always taken the time to listen and not rush through the appt. I will be very sad when he retires as I have always received excellent care from him. I have recently seen Dr. Luke and have been very happy with his care and attention.
Dr Sanchez is thorough in her examination. Most important she does not rush the visit. She provides an excellent summary of the visit. The portal is timely updated
Dr. Butrey who is my husbands primary Dr delayed urgent medical needs but ignoring signs of pulmonary issues that created more unneeded pain and suffering. If a CT scan had been ordered from those ignored signs, this would have eliminated wasted time, and only referrals were ordered for my husband to make at his leisure. As a result, he's been hospitalized, to date, for 9 weeks and has lost the use of his left lung. Today I took paperwork to Mercy Kenwood Family Medicine only to find out hbutrwyDr. Butrey who is my husbands primary Dr delayed urgent medical needs but ignoring signs of pulmonary issues that created more unneeded pain and suffering.
