Chris came by to give a bid today. He was very thorough in his explanation of modern systems and the work that would be required to install them. He was also very patient with all of my questions, both technical and financial. If you’re in the market for a new system, I highly recommend calling them for a quote.

My experience with Reupert Heating & Air Conditioning over the last 18 years has been very positive. Reupert installed my HVAC system in 2008 and since then has made regular inspections to keep my system in good working order.Tim was my technician today for the spring checkup of my A/C system. Reupert technicians have done great work every year since they installed our AC. They have been accommodating when needed and always provide quick and courteous service. 10/10. Highly recommend!
My AC went out at the end of the summer, and had to pull in quotes for a replacement AC and furnace system. I contacted many places for quotes, which almost all companies wanted to spend an hour or more on site to literally open a binder or write down a generic price for their installation. This included a few questionable quotes that were missing parts or had issues like wanting to reuse the copper linesets or drop from a 10 to 1 year warranty. I ended up expanding my search and realized I overlooked Reupert who operates slightly more on the west side of Cincinnati, but I was still within their service range. At this time I knew the furnace model and AC unit outside and wanted to get down to a price for an installation. I ended up speaking with Joe Reupert directly who formed a quote and emailed it over same day. Very knowledgeable on the hardware, got directly down to business and sent me a great quote. Everyone was in the same ballpark, although Reupert included in the same price full a new drop and takeoff duct assembly they made in house. Massive airflow improvement! Installation went smoothly and was handled in a top notch manner. Installer was friendly and answered questions along the way. Even with a bunch of work we were wrapped up on the second day. I'd have no problem recommending Reupert to friends and neighbors in the area. I will definitely use them for servicing the system in the future.
