Russ is so incredibly knowledgeable about HVAC stuff. Even more importantly, I am confident that he has my best interests at heart and is trying to find the best solution to my HVAC issue without pushing unnecessary products. It’s rare to find a truly locally owned gem such as Classic Air in which you deal directly with the business owner and know that he stands behind his work! They are installing my new AC less than 24 hours later and are people I feel comfortable having in my home around my family and pets. SO glad to see honest business’ like Classic Air still exist. Classic Air was prompt, thorough, and very professional. Prices were reasonable for high quality installation and service. They were in and out within a day and now I can control the temperature of my home through an app on my phone. Very cool. I know this has improved my home’s value but I’m definitely looking forward to enjoying my new HVAC for years to come. Would definitely recommend.

Our heat went out overnight when it was 23°. I called Classic Air around 8:30 AM and was given a 12–5 PM window, but within an hour Nathan called and arrived about 10 minutes later. Nathan quickly diagnosed the furnace issue and restored the heat. He also identified a few ways to improve overall heating efficiency and made the changes needed to optimize performance. Nathan listened to my concerns and clearly explained what he was doing, without making me feel rushed. He was professional, polite, respectful, and very easy to work with. Overall, a very pleasant experience. I’m grateful for the quick response and knowledgeable service.
I've been using Classic Air for over fifteen years, and they have always been responsive and efficient. Today Shane came to fix our furnace, which had died overnight. He was here within 30 minutes of my call, diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly, and had our furnace up and running in no time.
