I recommend Chicago Prestige Roofing. They were thorough and worked quickly. We received a reroof and gutters in 2 days. Eric thoroughly explained process and was on site for majority of job. They were careful with cleanup as we worried about nails and our dogs. We had an issue with some interior electrical due to the nail pounding and they sent an electrician to fix it the next day. They are also one of a few companies that can do flat roof work that I called (we had mixed roofing). We are very happy with the work.

On top of that, they installed proper roof ventilation, something that was previously missing. The crew worked efficiently, kept the area clean, and the finished work looks solid and built to last. Once it was addressed, this company corrected it the right way by installing properly fabricated galvanized steel pans around those penetrations, which is a much more durable, long-term solution. The workmanship was clean, solid, and done with care. It’s clear they take pride in doing things correctly rather than just getting the job done quickly. Overall, they were professional, easy to work with, and fair on pricing. I would recommend them to anyone looking for quality roofing work done the right way.
