Our furnace stopped working suddenly tonight (Friday) and the weekend forecast was for below zero temps. After calling multiple companies who would not come out until a later date, PHD came out the same night. They were onsite within an hour and got the unit working very quickly. We were very impressed with their professionalism, promptness and concern for our situation. They are very knowledgeable. Outstanding service and value!!! We will definitely call them again!

The PhD team took the time to fully understand the problem and explained everything clearly before starting the work. They handled a very complex repair that required experience and real technical knowledge. The work took the entire day, and they continued working despite extremely cold weather conditions. What impressed us most was their persistence and attention to detail — they didn’t rush and didn’t leave until the system was operating correctly and safely. The final price was very reasonable and actually lower than several other quotes we received, especially considering the difficulty of the job.
