Talk about easy! The Weather changers have been beyond easy to work with, from setting up the appt to get a quote to scheduling the service has been a breeze. Especially with options for payment plans to get the work done and the turn around time was so fast. Installers were very clean and professional and did great work. Lastly the office team was fantastic getting all the rebates for us to make a new A/C system with heat pump affordable. We are very satisfied and highly recommend the Weather changers. 👍
At first, I wasn't crazy about being given a 4 hour arrival window when I first confirmed the vist a week prior, but the office was fantastic at communication the day off. Our technician arrived within the 30 minute window they had confirmed and I got text updates. I actually had 2 other companies come and quote the work -- one of them said my refrigerant was low and wanted $1500 to 'find the leak, repair and add 2lbs refrigerant.' The second company quoted me a new unit. I'm an engineer and manage a maintenance team. I was smelling some BS.... The Weather Changers technician came in, introduced himself and shook hands and made direct eye contact with me the whole time he spoke and did not patronize me as a female, even though my boyfriend was standing there in the kitchen. Sooooo refreshing!! I watched him check the unit - only just shy of its 3lbs of its capacity. He cleaned the coils, did a full comprehensive inspection, found a bad pressure switch that had caused the unit to trip, checked my furnace and filter. $150 for the service charge, plus parts. And the house was left spotless and the unit is running. He was so knowledgeable and polite, and I cannot reinforce enough how pleased I am with the integrity of this company. While everyone was trying to overcharge me into buying a new unit, these guys just came out and did their job. When my 12-year old unit does finally need to be replaced, this is the company I am calling!!!

The individual who answered the phone when I called initially was professional and friendly. At the appointed scheduled day and time, (Tyler was right on time!) I couldn't have asked for a more skilled technician to arrive. Tyler was informative, respectful and efficient. I'd hire this company any day. Phenomenal company! We've been using them over a year to service the ACs and furnaces at all of our Denver-area properties, and they have been fantastic. They are honest, reliable, and never push unnecessary upsells. All of the technicians are knowledgeable, professional, and communicate really well. Paige in the office is the absolute best and always goes above and beyond to help. We love working with this team and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy HVAC company.
We recently had the pleasure of working with The Weather Changers. We were putting in A/C for the first time and had several companies do estimates. Chris was the person who did the quote from The Weather Changers. We found him to be professional and very easy going, and we never felt any sort of pressure or sales pitch. We selected his company (literally, as he is one of the owners) to do our install, which was for two heat pumps for A/C. They scheduled our install within two weeks from the date we got the estimate. On the day of installation they sent out 6 of their installers and had the job completed in one day. All their employees were great to deal with, all were professional and courteous, from owners to office staff to installers and technicians. I can honestly say that in the past 33 years of living in our home, that this company was the best and most honest we have done business with. We are now customers for life, and would highly recommend them to our family and friends, and to anyone looking for a good Heating and A/C company.
