I like to mention, the hotel gave us good service, front desk very courteous and amicable, breakfast was great, the premises are nice and clean smelling good, my only reason for the 3star is because we were there reserved and paid from 3 am on Friday until Monday although we left early on Sunday evening after the albion soccer tournament was done. And our room was not cleaned once 🫠we went to get towels ourselves from the front desk area but the room was never picked up or the trash, we were told they clean every other day ,but never happened 👎other than that i do recommend this hotel 🏨
We booked this location based on a pool and hot tub that were in reportedly in operation. The hot tub is out of service with no idea of when it will be working. As well the walls are thin and the doors are thick and close loudly. So, between that and the fact that someone was above us probably just getting ready to check out but sounding like they were lifting weights we did not get a good night's sleep. To top it off room service does not come every day and parking is an extra charge. Lesson learned. We are fine not to stay at this location again.

Facility and staff members are fantastic. Clean rooms and free breakfast are great. Had an issue with cigarette smoke from room next door and the staff was great in resolving the issue. Annahi, front desk employee went above and beyond to resolve the issue. I love this place as they make me feel at home.
The staff service upon arrival was excellent; the rooms were clean and very comfortable for resting, and the breakfast offered a variety of items, including hot options. It is a highly recommended place to stay in Phoenix, located just steps away from St. Joseph's Hospital and Medical Center.
Room a bit shabby (AC loud!) but of all the Hampton Inns I’ve been to, this had the best cooked breakfast. Actually crispy potatoes and browned sausage instead of the usual soggy barely cooked stuff.
