Leaving a three-star review due to the simple fact that I have not received a letter stating why they denied my case of any kind. It took them longer than expected to notify me instead of them calling me. I had to call them back in order to get an answer about what happened to the response of my case. I pray everyone else's cases through them be more easier. But I will be getting back in contact with them. Due to the simple fact. I'm looking for my letter in the mail stating I was denied for they couldn't take my case
