What a great company! I was given the run around by my insurance company about my storm damaged roof. RPC Restoration took the time to come out and look at my roof. We reopened my claim and RPC followed through for me. I now have a new roof that was installed correctly and we are even repairing water damage that was done inside. Don’t waste time trying to fight insurance companies, call RPC Restoration. They will save you heartache and money!
RPC Restoration was great! Sales rep, Isaiah White, very professional and we would txt back and forth for meetings and updates. Very pleased with results and workmanship.
After obtaining 12 quotes for siding, gutter and shutter installation, I decided to do one more google search. I came across RPC Restoration Inc and left an inquiry on their website. I received a telephone call from a pleasant gentleman named Jared. Jared and I scheduled an appointment to meet so he could give me a price quote. After meeting with Jared, I knew that I wanted to work with him. He listened to me, he was very professional, kind and detail oriented! I was very particular about the color I wanted for the siding and Jared went above and beyond to ensure that I obtained the color I requested! We couldn’t be happier with our experience with RPC Restoration! From start to finish, Dave and his team went above and beyond to make the entire process smooth and stress-free. Dave handled all the difficult parts of working with our homeowners insurance and made sure everything was covered, keeping us informed and updated every step of the way. The crew was incredible—meticulous, professional, and clearly skilled at what they do. They not only replaced our roof but also installed new siding, and the transformation is amazing. Our home looks completely different and updated, which I didn’t think was possible.
Brian, the owner at RPC Restoration, stepped in and saved me after fighting with another roofing company for over a year to get our job done. The crew was fast and efficient, completing our job in 6 hours. They were thorough with their clean up and took care to make sure our surrounding plants and deck furniture were covered during the job.
